  • Answer phone calls and handle general inquires
  • Performs other duties as assigned such as, distribution and fulfilment of direct mail, new website customer training, etc.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Must be motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Data Entry)
  • Experience in marketing or sales is an asset
  • Copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills are an asset
  • Driver’s license required
  • General office administration knowledge and skills an asset
  • Ability to speak and correspond with French-speaking customers an asset
