Account Manager
Job Description
CR Creative is seeking to hire a Permanent Full-time Account Manager who can offer superior customer-focused service and be a proven asset to our team while maintaining our current level of service while working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is extremely friendly, great with customers, with a background in sales, and has a positive attitude. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
General Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects ensuring all deadlines are met
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements
- Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
- Provide regular updates, respond to client and general inquiries, answer office phone, and address client concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Lead discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to existing and prospective clients
Skills Required
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service
- Previous experience managing social media accounts and using Facebook Business Suite is an asset
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Data Entry)
- Copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills are an asset
- Driver’s license required
